Why Gocertify Partnered with JS Analytics

Gocertify was early in their analytics journey, but keen on democratizing data access across their company to allow every team to answer burning questions, make data-driven decisions, and optimize their daily workflows. 

Prior to our engagement, they had an unstructured repository of business reports, lots of unanswered questions, and a lack of clarity into how to turn their data into meaningful insights. Gocertify needed a partner who could not only own the data stack and continue building out the technical infrastructure, but also someone who could collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategy and lay out a vision for the future of their analytics function.

For eight months, JS Analytics served as Gocertify’s fractional data team, helping with both strategy and tactical execution:

  • Built analytics foundations including: data pipelines and reusable models, a suite of cross-functional dashboards, and processes for operationalizing data

  • Helped develop and implement a new approach to revenue recognition and forecasting

  • Trained various teams and increased adoption of data-driven workflows and decisions

  • Helped hire and onboard Gocertify’s first full-time data hire
